Leg One of Franks Trip - "Myrtle Beach"

The first few days of vacation were spent in Myrtle Beach, SC. It is always great to visit Myrtle Beach. There was a pretty good crowd of people on the weekend (their kids are on Spring Break from school thsi week too) but I noticed more closed businesses than I expected.
I was curious about how business was since the city has made it clear that they do not want bikers in twn for the bike events. Business was pretty brisk at Broaday at the Beach and the Mall was pretty crowded as well. I got to see My daughter Autumn, son Donavan and granddaughter Lillie. Now it's off to CT to spend a few days with the Indians and then family and old friends.
BINGO
So we got to Foxwoods Casino, the epic gaming place. There was a $10,000 World Series of Poker Main Event going on and all of the other fun casiono games that you would expect. But we played BINGO... yes, BINGO. It was acually fun because I was messin' with all of the BINGO regulars, but I didn't win a damn thing. Day 1... BINGO.
Day 2... ahhhh Much Better
Enough with the Bingo. Today we played Poker and Black Jack. There were plenty of "out of control" pots at the poker table because I was at a "no limit" table. I got crushed pretty bad on a few hands but overall, it was ok. Had a great day playing Black Jack, slow and steady, counting the cards and waiting for an opening to play the swings. Day 2 was good.
Just to be fair to all the Indians
Connecticut has two different Indian reservation that have casinos, Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun. We stayed at Foxwoods because we get rooms for super cheap there. We have almost exclusively gone there for the last few years because Mohegan Sun didn't have poker for many years. But since the poker room is now open again, we thought it would only be fair to visit there too. My wife actually enjoyed it more than Foxwoods. We may have played enough yesterday to get the super low room ate there too. I played a poker tournament and finished 13th. Not great, but I played well. I made the right call against two all in's (both weak players) and had the best hand going in but one of them "sucked out". I would play the hand the same any time. If I won that hand, I would have had the chip lead and would be a "shoe in" to finish in the money. Went on to feed the slot machines (just for fun) and then made some money on Black Jack. It was a good day and nice to be back at Mohegan Sun again.
Haunting in Connecticut
If you saw the movie, this is the house. The house that the movie was based on anyway. I am pretty sure they didn't use any shots of the actual house in the movie, but the owners were complaining that people were coming to the house to see it, even walking up to the door and asking if they could come inside. We didn't want to be rude, so we drove by (once at night with the Full Moon) and once during the day and snapped a picture for this blog.
